Romney -- The Anti-Woman Choice

The Repubs have really shot themselves in the foot with this choice.

Honestly, if you're a woman, tell me again why you're voting Republican?

Seriously, you're going to vote for the barefoot-and-pregnant, women-are-second-class-citizens party? Really?

Don't get me wrong, there's sexist pigs everywhere. They're at your job, in your government, shoot, even in your own family. But you can CHOOSE to NOT vote for these kinds of guys.

Why on earth would you vote for a candidate that, if he had his choice, would keep women (and minorities) as second or even third class citizens?

LL Cool J Removed From Sarah Palin-Hosted Show

LL Cool J Removed From Sarah Palin-Hosted Show

I'll write more about this later...

OK, it's later.

What a SNARKY way for Fox to weasel their way out of STEALING LL Cool J's clip from another show!

LL has been around for a long time. He's not some newcomer to acting. He doesn't need his clip shown on this desparate attempt to make Palin look good. (Whose bright idea was this anyway?)

Somehow, I'm not surprised. Any time Palin is involved in something, it seems to turn out badly. I thought she was a brilliant choice for VP -- until she opened her mouth and proved that the Republicans couldn't possibly pick a WORSE and STUPIDER contender.

Oh, my, gosh. A new low for the Repubs, Palin, and Fox network.

How much deeper can that mud hole get?

Oh, wait. California is going to elect a new governator.

It will get worse...

If We Had Any Quality Candidates...

Yes, that's what my Dad said.

He's a die-hard Republican. Yet, he's not happy with his choices for President.

He won't vote anything but Republican, but he's not happy with McCain. I didn't really ask him why, but I suspect if he'd heard about McCain divorcing his first wife because he's a cheating man, that could be a BIG reason.

My Dad has little tolerance for a man who cheats on his wife. He's honest to a fault, BRUTALLY so.

If the die-hard Republican in the family is unhappy with our choices of candidates, what then for the rest of us?

If we had any quality candidates...

An interesting phrase from a man who votes a straight Republican ticket.

Change is coming. I can see it, feel it, smell it in the wind.

I don't know what it's going to be, but maybe next time around, in the next Presidential campaign, even Dad will see some quality candidates. Because I think Obama is going to be our first officially Black President.

(I know, you're saying, "Officially Black? Huh?" Do some research my friends, we've already had some "closet" Brothers as President. http://www.diversityinc.com/public/1461.cfm)

And the Republicans are going to have to make some changes in order to try to regain the Presidency.

The next four years are going to be very interesting.

Change is coming!
